The Bryan County Board of Commissioners fund two libraries located in Bryan County. One is conveniently located in the Northern half of the County in Pembroke and the second located in Richmond Hill. Both of these libraries operate under the guidance of the Statesboro Regional Library System and citizen advisory boards appointed by the local government entities of Bryan County.

All Georgia residents may apply for a free library card. Applicants must fill out a form, have a photo ID and proof of current address. If applicant is under 18 years of age a parent must be present to sign the application form.  Public access internet computers are available at both libraries.  The link for the Statesboro Regional Library System is
