The Bryan County Board of Elections office was established for the purpose of registering eligible persons to vote and to conduct elections on the local, state and national level. We conduct all elections for Bryan County, City of Pembroke, and the City of Richmond Hill.

Our goal is to serve the public by assigning eligible voters to respective precincts in accordance with state and federal laws in order to conduct fair and impartial elections.

Our staff continually strives to provide excellent customer service to voters, residents, candidates, and the media.

For the remaining months of 2019, the Board of Elections and Registration will meet as follows:

October   - PEMBROKE – Commissioners Meeting Room, Bryan County Courthouse, 151 S. College Street, Pembroke

November – RICHMOND HILL – Commissioners Meeting Room, Bryan County Administrative Building, 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill

December – PEMBROKE – Commissioners Meeting Room, Bryan County Courthouse, 151 S. College Street, Pembroke

 The meeting will still be on the third Thursday of every month at 3:00p.m.

 

Beginning January  2020, The Bryan County Board of Elections and Registration will hold its monthly meetings on odd months in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Bryan County’s Administration Building, 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill and even months in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Bryan County Courthouse, 151 S. College Street, Pembroke.  All scheduled meetings will take place at 3:00 pm on the third Thursday of every month.  This change becomes effective with the Board’s January 16, 2020 meeting in Richmond Hill.  For more information, please contact Cindy Reynolds, Elections Supervisor, at 912-653-3859
