The Transportation Impact Fee will go into effect April 1, 2019. The fee will be due at the time the permit is issued. If you believe you may be exempt please contact us to set up a meeting prior to application submittal.

Will I have to pay the transportation impact fee if I have a permit prior to April 1, 2019 but have not begun construction?No. You do not owe transportation impact fees if you have an approved permit prior to April 1, 2019.

What if I pay the transportation impact fee but do not end up building?If you pay the fee and do not build the fee will be tied to the property and any future development on the site.
Who owes transportation impact fees?All new residential, commercial, and industrial development within the Transportation Impact Fee District shown in the map above.
If I am rebuilding my home do I have to pay a transportation impact fee?If you are rebuilding a home on a lot where a residence was located previously you do not have to pay an impact fee.
