All Georgia residents may apply for a free library card. Applicants must fill out a form, have a photo ID and proof of current address. If applicant is under 16 years of age a parent must be present to sign the application form.

From I-95, Exit 14, take U.S. Hwy 17 toward Savannah, turn right on GA HWY 144, the museum is on the right hand side on the corner of Ford Avenue and Timber Trail Road.

Set in the old Henry Ford kindergarten building, the museum has eight rooms dedicated to preserving the unique heritage of the area.  The front room of the museum documents Richmond Hill’s and Bryan County’ history.  They have many displays showing what plantation life was like, and an old school room for the early 1900s.
