The Planning and Zoning Board meets the 1st Thursday of each month. The meetings alternate from Pembroke to Richmond Hill. The Pembroke meetings are held in the Bryan County Courthouse in the Commissioner's Meeting Room. The Richmond Hill meetings are held in the Courthouse Annex.
